In the Falling-Film Chiller or baudelot ice water cooler the homogeneous falling film allows to chill water down to 0,5 ∞C with no risk of freezing in continuous process operation. There is no mechanical destruction of the Falling-Film Chiller, if control fluctuations of the cooling system lead to ice formation. The unit will not even be damaged, if the regulation fails and causes the building of ice. Once ice is formed on the system due to unexpected control fluctuations, it will fall off within the next normal operation mode. Our devices generate a maximum power reserve in production with this Falling-Film Chiller or baudelot ice water cooler at this temperature.
